What happens after I enter my data in the web form?
After you have filled out and submitted the registration form, we will call you to add you to our database.
When will I participate in my first market research or usability study?
Our survey participants are selected according to the specifications of our clients (e.g. age, gender, marital status, etc.). We ensure that you, as a new survey participant, can participate in a survey as soon as possible, often within a few weeks; in individual cases, however, it may take a little longer. Please be patient – you will hear from us.
What happens to my data?
Data protection is of central importance to us. In principle, we only collect data that we and our clients need to provide the service. The results are passed on to the clients in an anonymized form, i.e. without personal data such as the name or address of the subject.
Your personal data will not be disclosed, transferred, sold or otherwise marketed to other companies or institutions. This is different if we are legally or judicially obliged to disclose and transmit the data.
Are market research and usability studies paid? What is the amount of compensation?
The time you provide us with will of course be compensated. The amount of compensation depends on the duration, effort and subject of the study. Studies on simple or everyday topics such as detergent or sweets are generally less highly compensated than surveys on more complex topics. An average compensation for a 90-minute online interview is about 70€.
How will my compensation be paid out?
In interviews and focus groups, you will receive your compensation on site immediately after the event. For online studies (interviews, focus groups, workshops or communities), the compensation will be transferred to you within 5-7 working days.
What happens to the data collected in a market research or usability study?
The evaluation of the data is strictly separated from the personal data (master data). The clients receive a summary of the results in numbers, tables and the literal reproduction of discussion contributions. The master data of the participants are only included anonymously and cannot be assigned to the investigation results. Your name, address or employer does not appear anywhere in the results or presentations!
How do I respond to an email request?
As soon as we have a suitable study, you will receive an email request from us, which you can confirm with a short message if you are interested. You can also confirm by phone. If you are not interested or do not have time for the requested study, there is no need to respond to our email request.
