For each study, we carefully recruit the relevant participant and user groups with expert knowledge of methods. Our extensive and well-maintained database includes numerous profiles and user groups. We do not consider even challenging target groups as a problem, but rather as a challenge that we can reliably master due to our years of experience.
Our participant database was created over 15 years ago and has since steadily grown through the use of a broad range of recruitment sources. Thanks to continuous updating and consistent re-recruiting, it remains highly efficient.
In recruiting and selecting survey participants, as well as in maintaining and managing the database, we adhere to the rules of conduct of the Berufsverband Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforscher e.V. (BVM). This means that we consider the following aspects when selecting our survey participants:
- Verification and continuous updating of participant profiles
- Invitation intervals with at least 3 to 6 months between market research events
- Surveying the same participant at a maximum of 4 events to prevent professionalization tendencies
- Re-recruiting new participants online and offline
